What is it?

SCRUM MASTERY PATHWAY is a completely unique program to better understand the Scrum Master role and become a great Scrum Master.

The program is certified by Agile Mastery Institute.

The Scrum Mastery Pathway teaches tools and techniques to develop Scrum Masters' ability and self-awareness while also helping them navigate the day-to-day challenges of managing stakeholders, removing blockers to progress, and coaching the development team.

Pathway consists of 8 fully immersive online workshops, monthly group coaching sessions, and guided support, reflection, and application.
The next cohort starts on 8 July 2023. This cohort is designed to fit around your existing work commitments with half-day workshops scheduled over WEEKENDS.

Course RoadMap:

• 4 half-day fully immersive online workshops leading to Explorer certification
• Date: 8 Jul, 9 Jul, 15 Jul, 16 Jul 2023
• Time: 1 pm to 5 pm PST
• Monthly group supervision sessions leading to Navigator certification (Aug – Dec 2023)
• Date: On Saturdays. Exact dates to be decided based on delegates’ availability.
• Time: 1 pm to 4 pm PST
• 4 half-day fully immersive online workshops leading to Adventurer certification
• Date: 13 Jan, 14 Jan, 20 Jan, 21 Jan 2024
• Time: 1 pm to 5 pm PST
